WHY WE LIKE THIS FILM: This program is a continuation AJFF’s collaboration with Sapir College. Short programs are always great—they feature an ecclectic mix of films. If one isn’t to your taste, just wait a few minutes for the next one! Shorts are also how every filmmaker starts off, so come see the early work of tomorrow’s creators of feature length movies.
BONUS PROGRAMMING: In person Q&A with Sapir’s head of distribution, Hen Gimelfarb, a student filmmaker, and a Sapiro lecturer, all visiting from Israel.

Amit Lellouche is an emerging Israeli filmmaker and a recent B.F.A. graduate from Sapir College. Driven by a hands-on approach to cinema, he continually develops his craft by actively working across various on-set roles – including directing, cinematography, and assistant directing – for independent shorts and commercial projects.
Adi Levi is an Israeli makeup, hair, and special effects artist. Holding a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences, she brings a thoughtful approach to character design on set. She specializes in beauty makeup, hairstyling, and advanced SFX work, including complex bald cap transformations for film productions.
