The Watcher (virtual)
Anxious 20 year old Sadie lets a lot of her fears stop her from living. When asked by her Rabbi brother to sit as a shomeret, Sadie is forced to confront her biggest fear of all: death.
WHY WE LIKE THIS FILM: Created by a local filmmaker at the Austin School of FIlm student, members of our audience may recognize some of the locations and participants in this interesting story about a young person confronting her fear of death by performing the mitzvah of being a shomer (watcher).
