WALL, CREVICE, TEAR

Wall Crevice Tear This short film presents a picture of the Western Wall, but from the perspective of the women’s section. No words are used to film the Jewish and Christian, religious and non-religious women. Shooting patiently at night and during the day, in the rain and in the sunshine, the camera sensitively captures scenes of passion, opportunities missed, intimacy, despair and soul searching. The film has no plot—it simply allows the images to speak for themselves.
