Runtime: 32 minutes
Genre: Short
Country: Israel

Synopsis:
Nine-year-old Pinhas comes from a Russian imigrant family.
He lives with his mother, without a father or siblings.
His mother barely makes a living working night shifts as a cashier at an “AM-PM” supermarket. In the afternoons, when Pinhas comes home from school, she still sleeps, and she devotes her spare time to the affair she has with a married man.
On the third floor lives a religious family, Pinhas is drawn to the warmth and unity that characterize this family. There he meets a girl his own age, and her older brother, who slowly introduces him to religion. The trouble begins when the two worlds – his mother and his new father figure – collide.
